Our goal is to promote, encourage, attract and develop job and recreational opportunities and economically sound commerce and industry throughout Monroe County.

Our projects generate a 4 to 1 benefit to incentive ratio. We do not lend money nor guarantee loans. Assistance is provided though incentives.
